Are you curious of our processes?
Each property we come to, we tackle a little differently depending on the situation. During our FREE estimate visit we would be happy to go over the exact process that we would take with your specific situation. In general we assess the area you want cleaned, we figure out what square footage we’re looking at cleaning with Google Earth and give you a price. Our price range for each surface is dependent on your specific situation, for example, if you have a very cracked driveway, this would be much more difficult to clean than a driveway in perfect condition. As for what we use for cleaning, we use the industry standard of sodium hypochlorite, water, and sometimes a detergent as a surfactant, depending on if it is needed. We make sure to soak all plants and anything that could possibly be damaged so as to make sure we keep everything safe.
