About Hargrove Property Services

We’re Luke and Deanna Hargrove, and we started Hargrove Property Services with a simple but meaningful goal.

My wife first brought up the idea during a season when we felt stuck. We wanted more control over our future. More freedom. More opportunity. I wanted to build something where the effort I put in directly impacted what I could provide for my family instead of being limited to an hourly wage.

This business began so my wife could be home without financial strain, especially with a baby on the way.

But over time, the reason grew into something much bigger.

Why This Business Exists

I am building Hargrove Property Services to be more than an exterior cleaning company.

My goal is to grow this company to the point where the people who work here can thrive. Where a husband can provide well enough that his wife has the option to stay home if she wants to. Where employees don’t live paycheck to paycheck wondering how they’ll afford gas or groceries.

I want this to be the kind of place where the weight on someone’s shoulders can finally drop off when they get hired. Where hard work is rewarded, and stability is real.

This business is also centered on Christ. Everything we do is guided by faith, integrity, and service. My hope is that the profits from this company will not only provide for my family, but also bless extended family, friends, churches, and people in need within our community.

I don’t need hundreds of thousands of dollars for myself. I want to build something that creates impact.

Our Foundation

-To love Christ-

-To love people-

-To spread the Good News of the Gospel-

-To make disciples for Christ-

-To make heaven crowded-

That is the foundation this company is being built on.

And along the way, we’re committed to delivering honest, high-quality exterior cleaning services throughout Fletcher, Asheville, Arden, and Western North Carolina.

If you choose to work with us, you’re supporting more than a service. You’re supporting a mission.

“Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ”
